Marc was a beloved, longtime partner of Associated for over 35 years. He made a tremendous impact on our firm, staff, his clients and family. Marc was more than a colleague. He was a close friend with a memorable sense of humor. 

Marc brought a deep passion, love and sheer knowledge to his work in the group health, employee benefit and insurance field. With his success, he will leave a lasting legacy within the industry. 

Marc began his career in 1970 as an agent for Connecticut Mutual Life in Rochester, New York. By 1974, he was a member of the Home Office staff responsible for the marketing of all disability products and product design, and in 1979 was made Agency Supervisor of the Miami Agency. In recognition of his achievements, he received the President’s Honorary Award as the company Leader in Management of Full Time Agents. He joined Associated Pension Consultants, Inc. in 1984.

Marc received his RHU – Registered Professional Disability and Health Insurance Underwriter - designation in 1979 from the National Association of Health Underwriters.

He was a speaker at health and disability industry seminars, as well as the University of New Hampshire and to over 80 life insurance agencies throughout the United States. He was an instructor for the Life Underwriter Training Council Business Insurance, Personal Insurance and Disability Income courses. He also was a Past President of the Gold Coast Chapter of the National Association of Underwriters and served as the Education Committee Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of the Miami Association of the Life Underwriters.

Marc also made an impact in the local community. He was a three-term President of Temple Beth Emet in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He also served on the Board of Directors of the David Posnack Jewish Community Center of South Broward County.
