The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has interrupted many businesses across the country. While its unclear how long COVID-19 will continue to affect organizations, many employers are looking to the future of employees returning to work.
With that said, we wanted to share a guide to creating a return to work action plan and a sample return to work action plan.
Please note that both tools follow health and safety guidance laid out by the CDC and OSHA that is designed to keep employers, employees and customers safe, but does not account for state, local or industry-specific guidance related to COVID-19.
If you would like to discuss these helpful tools or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our Employee Benefits Practice Leader Logan Mondshein.
