Associated Expands Team to Strengthen Multi-Generational Client Support

July 11, 2025

Associated Investor Services & Financial Consultants is proud to announce the expansion of its team with three new full-time professionals: John Duhé, Will Allen and Tonia Perrins. The three hires follow shortly after the addition of the firm’s Director of Operations, Emily Richardson. The strategic growth supports the firm’s mission to serve clients across generations through its collaborative, ensemble-based approach to financial planning and employee benefits.

Rooted in the values of excellence, family, and collaboration, Associated’s multi-generational strategy ensures continuity, trust, and expertise for the individuals, families, and businesses it serves. As the needs of clients grow more complex and long-term, the firm continues to invest in talent and operational innovation to deliver comprehensive financial guidance through a team model.

On Associated's advisory team, John Duhé, a graduate of the University of Central Florida, brings years of hands-on financial services experience, with particular strengths in client relationship management and comprehensive planning. Known for his measured approach and strong interpersonal skills, John has a proven track record of helping clients align their financial goals with actionable strategies.

Will Allen, a Columbia University graduate, holds a strong foundation in comprehensive financial planning, with hands-on experience helping individuals and families navigate their financial goals. He is especially adept at bridging technical knowledge with client-centered communication, bringing clarity and confidence to complex financial decisions.

With their combined 12 years of industry experience, John and Will step into their new roles as a foundational position within Associated’s ensemble advisory model. In this capacity, they help elevate the client experience by acting as an extension of the existing advisory team supporting in-depth planning discussions, coordinating client communications, and ensuring timely, proactive service at every stage of a client’s financial journey.

To enhance operations and client service, Associated also recently brought on Emily Richardson as Director of Operations. With over 17 years of experience in financial services, Richardson brings a proven track record in compliance, business process improvement, and strategic growth. She previously played a key role at Lincoln Financial, where she led major efficiency and advisor-support initiatives. She also serves in national leadership roles with Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), reflecting her dedication to advancing excellence within the industry.

At Associated, Richardson’s primary focus is business strategy, which serves as the foundation for a wide range of initiatives she is leading. These include building a staffing plan, assessing operational inefficiencies, and guiding the integration of modern technology into the firm’s core operations. She is also working to implement a goal-setting framework that aligns individual performance with the overall growth of the business.

“My goal is to strengthen our internal framework so that our advisors are even better equipped to serve our clients,” Richardson said. “I want to help create an environment where everyone can grow together, contribute meaningfully, and support the long-term success of the firm.”

Richardson has also taken an active role in onboarding and supporting new team members, including John, Will, and the firm’s summer interns,  Sumedh Edavalluri (University of Florida, Class of 2027) and Luke McCarthy (University of South Carolina, Class of 2026), helping to ensure each is integrated smoothly into Associated’s ensemble model and aligned with the firm’s values from day one.

In addition, Tonia Perrins has joined the Employee Benefits department as an Account Support Specialist. Tonia is an accomplished administrative professional with several years of experience in team leadership, client relations, and operations management.

With these additions, Associated Investor Services & Financial Consultants strengthens its foundation for long-term success. By embracing an ensemble model and continually investing in both talent and technology, the firm remains deeply committed to serving the evolving needs of its clients across generations—with care, expertise, and a unified vision.
